Does GHK-Cu regrow hair?
There is no completed randomized human trial showing that topical GHK-Cu regrows hair in pattern hair loss. The support comes from in-vitro and ex-vivo work, such as Pyo et al. 2007, where a tripeptide-copper complex stimulated follicle elongation and dermal papilla cell proliferation. That is a promising laboratory signal, not clinical proof on a human scalp.
How might copper peptides help hair?
The plausible mechanism is that GHK-Cu supports angiogenesis, dermal fibroblasts, and matrix synthesis, all of which matter for the blood supply and environment around the dermal papilla at the base of the follicle. That is a coherent reason it might help the follicle environment, but a mechanism is not the same as a demonstrated regrowth effect in people.
Is a copper-peptide serum better than minoxidil?
No comparison supports that. Minoxidil and finasteride have decades of controlled human trial data for hair loss, while copper peptides have none of comparable quality. A copper-peptide serum is best viewed as a low-risk optional adjunct, not a replacement for treatments with proven human evidence.
Is it safe to inject GHK-Cu for hair?
Injected copper peptides for hair are unapproved, are not supported by controlled human trials for this use, and carry the general risks of injecting a research-channel compound of unverified purity. Topical serum use has a far more reassuring cosmetic safety record than injection.
Does PepVise recommend a GHK-Cu hair protocol?
